Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in healthcare IT, with a focus on Cerner PAS or other Cerner solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex IT projects, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Deep understanding of patient administration workflows, hospital management systems, and healthcare regulations in Ireland.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with a diverse group of professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Cerner PAS implementation, working closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including hospital administration, clinical teams, IT departments, and vendors to understand requirements and manage expectations.
- Resource Management: Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless execution of the project.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that project timelines, costs, and scope are adhered to.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the new system by end-users.
