Job Summary:
The Clinical Systems Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clinical operations and IT. This position involves analysing, designing, and implementing clinical systems to improve patient care and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical workflows, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clinical staff and other stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for clinical systems.
- System Analysis: Analyse current clinical systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Solution Design: Design and propose solutions that meet clinical and business needs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of new clinical systems, including configuration, testing, and training.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and secure data management practices, including data migration, integration, and reporting.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between clinical staff, IT, and vendors to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
