EPR Procurement Project Manager Role Overview
As the EPR Procurement Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle of a new EPR system. You will manage the vendor selection process, contract negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The successful candidate will have a solid background in healthcare IT, project management, and procurement, with a deep understanding of clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the EPR Procurement Process: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for the new EPR system, including needs assessment, RFP development, vendor evaluation, and contract finalization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure the solution meets the organization’s needs and aligns with strategic objectives.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage the procurement project within agreed timelines, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across all workstreams.
