- Lead the EPR Procurement Process: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for the new EPR system, including needs assessment, RFP development, vendor evaluation, and contract finalization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure the solution meets the organization’s needs and aligns with strategic objectives.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage the procurement project within agreed timelines, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across all workstreams.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with potential vendors to ensure clarity of requirements, track proposals, and manage supplier performance during the procurement process.
